Delivery

As all of our products are printed to order, dispatch can take up to 4 weeks especially during these unprecedented times. You will be kept up to date with any information with regards to the delivery of your order.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

On some occasions deliveries will require a signature, so please provide an address where this will be possible.

Damaged Products

On the odd occasion things can go wrong in transition. If your products do arrive damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt to shop@bhavintaylordesign.com, so that we can look into getting this resolved for you.

Refunds

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRINTED TO ORDER THEREFORE ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Print process - fabric

As our fabric designs are made up of block colours and due to the nature of digital printing, you may notice some minor imperfections, which is a factor that can not be controlled. After various print run tests, we are satisfied with the outcome and see these as character rather than an imperfection.

Please Note

Delivery of our products are reliant on other companies holding up there end of the deal. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control and strongly advise that you do not book any tradesman until receipt and inspection of the goods.
